Coming Full Circle: From Innovation to Impact Jay Cobb is a serial entrepreneur and visionary builder behind a portfolio of ventures spanning technology, real estate, aviation, and private equity. Each business is driven by a core mission: using innovation to create lasting, meaningful change. What began as a passion for tech became a thriving integration company helping homeowners and businesses embrace smart systems, security and digital transformation. That evolved into a real estate enterprise; investing, developing, and managing properties across long and short-term rentals, including a beachfront boutique hotel now in the development process. Jay’s ventures also reach the skies, with a niche helicopter aviation company in the works. His approach is consistent: find overlooked opportunities, build something exceptional, and scale it with precision. As Founder/CEO of Cobb Ventures, Jay is launching 50 new businesses in 5 years by pairing emerging technology with talented young operators, offering graduating students a chance to run their own companies through a scalable “business-in-a-box” model, something he wishes he had access to. At the heart of it all is a personal mission: giving back with purpose. Jay is designing frameworks for direct community involvement, from mentorship to reinvestment creating scalable ways for individuals to make a real difference.
