This page details the process of applying to be an operator at one of our NEW VENTURE portfolio companies. This fully automated system is designed to efficiently qualify POTENTIAL OPERATORS for a business opportunity based on their skills, mindset, experience, and personality traits. The process leverages AI-driven automation tools, eliminating manual intervention where possible while ensuring a thorough and fair evaluation of candidates.

Fully Automated Digital Screening & Qualification Process

Step 1: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – Digital Signature

  • How it Works: The candidate receives an automated email with a link to sign an NDA.

 

Step 2: Initial Online Application & Profile Creation

  • How it Works: Candidates fill out a digital form including personal details, educational background, interests, and business aspirations.

 

Step 3: AI-Powered Business Aptitude & Personality Assessments

  • How it Works: Candidates complete cognitive, personality, and emotional intelligence assessments.

 

Step 4: Short Video Submission (AI Analyzed)

  • How it Works: Candidates record a 60-90 second video explaining why they are different and why they should be selected.

 

Step 5: Professional & Personal Reference Submission (Automated Request & Review)

  • How it Works: 

    • Candidates provide two professional references and one personal reference.

    • Automated emails are sent to references with a link to submit evaluations via a form.

 

Step 6: AI-Powered Zoom Interview Scheduling & Evaluation

  • How it Works: 

    • Candidates who pass previous steps receive an automated scheduling link.

    • The interview is conducted via video call with AI monitoring speech, confidence, and responses.

 

Step 7: In-Person Final Interview & Family Meeting

  • How it Works: 

    • Candidates who pass the video call interview are invited to an in-person meeting.

    • The final meeting assesses in-person charisma, leadership qualities, and business acumen.

    • If successful, a separate family meeting is scheduled to ensure support from their close circle.

 

Step 8: Offer Letter, Contract Signing & Onboarding Guide

  • How it Works: 

    • Candidates who pass the final evaluation receive an automated offer letter.

    • They review and sign a legally binding contract detailing: 

      • Performance-based equity terms

      • Business management expectations

      • Training and development schedule

 

Step 9: Registration for Training & Incubator Program

  • How it Works: 

    • Candidates are automatically enrolled in a business training program to develop their skills.

    • Courses cover topics such as operations, sales, marketing, leadership, and financial management.
